Terms of Service

By accessing or using pronoto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

• •Create, edit, and organise notes with rich formatting
• •Use the teleprompter for presentations and scripts
• •Access AI-powered assistance through Ask Notes
• •Sync your content securely across all devices via the web app and Chrome extension
• •pronoto is operated by Notolabs Technologies OÜ (trading as NotoLabs.ai) and available to users worldwide
• •The official pronoto browser extension is available for Google Chrome only — no other browser extensions are officially supported at this time

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use pronoto (16 in the EEA/UK)
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• •You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission
• •One person may not maintain more than one free account

• •You retain full ownership of all content you create using pronoto
• •By using our service you grant NotoLabs.ai a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service
• •We will never claim ownership of your work or use it for any other purpose
• •You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you add to pronoto
• •When using the Chrome extension to clip web content, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content — pronoto is not responsible for content clipped from third-party websites
• •You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. pronoto and NotoLabs.ai are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or consequences arising from AI outputs — always verify important information independently
• •We do not use your notes or content to train AI models

• •Do not use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• •Do not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other users' data
• •Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• •Do not upload malicious content, code, or anything that infringes third-party rights
• •Do not abuse AI features, circumvent usage limits, or attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
• •Do not use automated bots or scrapers against our service without written permission
• •The pronoto Chrome extension is the only officially supported browser extension — porting, cloning, or redistributing it for any other browser or platform without express written permission from NotoLabs.ai constitutes copyright infringement and is strictly prohibited

• •pronoto offers a free tier and a paid Plus plan — monthly at $9.99/month or annually at $44.99/year (approx. $3.75/month)
• •Paid subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until cancelled
• •Payments are processed securely by Stripe — a certified PCI-compliant payment processor. pronoto never stores your card details
• •To cancel your subscription, click your profile in the app sidebar and select 'Billing' — this opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel directly. No email required
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your Plus access continues until then
• •The 7-day Event Pass is a one-time, non-refundable purchase — no refunds are available once access has been granted
• •Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice — you may cancel before the new price takes effect
• •Taxes may apply depending on your location and are your responsibility
• •If you have any billing issues or questions, contact hello@pronoto.ai and we will assist you promptly

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from unavailability outside our reasonable control.

• •You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete account — all your data is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone
• •We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms
• •We will provide reasonable notice before termination where possible, except in cases of serious misuse
• •Upon termination, your licence to use the service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• •Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. limitation of liability) will do so

pronoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotoLabs.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

• •These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, where Notolabs Technologies OÜ is incorporated
• •For users in the EEA/UK, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and are not affected by this clause
• •We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally
• •If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia
• •If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
